The holiday home is situated of the main Roman Bank, Skegness near to Butlins & only 5 minutes drive to magical Fantasy Island & the largest outdoor market in Europe & in the opposite direction only 5 minutes drive into the bustling Skegness itself. We are located central to everywhere, Also the main roman bank is a bus route with buses every ten mins or so, perfect.

We are located on the lovely & peaceful "Seaways caravan site" which is a minutes walk or so from the beach & along the way are an array of public houses, family club & night spot's, we have a fast food outlet, public toilets, chip shop & amusement arcade.Skegness Caravan Rentals

A minutes drive down the road into "Winthorpe" you have a small but pleasant local village with convenience store, takeaway, clothes store, gift shop & the "Linga Longa " chip shop & restaurant. Seaways is the perfect peaceful site for responsible families & couples alike.

Sorry we do not take same sex groups.

You may also bring 1 small dog with you for only £20 per week, the breed must first be given to be considered.

 "Our holiday home" --  Our cosy holiday home comprises of a lounge & kitchen area to the middle and at either end for more privacy we have a large double bedroom & also a larger than normal twin room which can also be made into a double bed for your convenience. The living area also sleeps 2 people on a pull out sofa-bed, perfect for a larger family. Towards the far side is the shower room & toilet. We are full of mod cons & are fully equipped so that you get the very best. TV, DVD, CD player, hairdryer, lamps, radiator etc etc, there too much to list. We can also provide you with your freshly laundered bed linen for only a small fee of £5 per room. We also have a few games & DVDs for the kids to play with.

Please note the caravan is not on Butlins but a private site near Butlins.

Strictly "NO Smoking" in the caravan

If you require for a small fee we also have the hire of a buggy / pushchair / highchair & safety bed side rail for the little ones, the price per week is just £5 per item. I hope I have provided you with all the information that you require.

Prices £115 to £500 available to the end of October. No short breaks, Monday to Friday or Saturday to Saturday bookings only.

We require a security bond of £50, if payed by cheque the bond will be cashed but will be fully refunded and returned by cheque after your holiday and once the holiday home has been checked and everything found in order. If the holiday home has been misused or damaged monies may be taken from your security bond. Thank you for your understanding in this matter.

At Butlins Holiday Park you can obtain a family day pass to enjoy all of their facilities, or stroll along the promenade on the sea front, sit on the beach, take a donkey ride or visit one of the family orientated pubs. For those you looking for something different why not try your hand at water skiing, course fishing, take a round of golf or have fun with a couple of hours go-karting plus many more things you could do, all there to help you and your family enjoy your caravan holiday.

We have an Atlas Moonstone, 35x10, 3 bedroom, 8 berth.

The caravan is about 2 minutes walk from all Butlins facilities.

One year old caravan, 2 bedrooms, shower/wc.  Full oven, fridge, microwave, TV/Video player, CD player, games, verrandah and patio furniture.  Absolutely lovely inside.  Golden Anchor site near to Robin Hood facilities and Fantasy Island.  Only 4 mins’ walk from beach.  School holidays still available.  Weekend lets possible.  Sorry no pets or smoking inside.
