Al Murray The Pub Landlord: One Man, One Guvnor - Saturday 28th February at 7:30pm

 
Twenty years ago Britain's favourite publican Al Murray, The Pub Landlord, embarked on his one man mission as the King Cnut of Common Sense, holding back a tide of bottled beer and ninny state nonsense.
 
To celebrate this milestone join this icon on his new tour with his brand new show One Man, One Guvnor

This much-loved and endearing musical tells the story of Ebenezer Scrooge, who hates Christmas. However, after being visited by three spirits – Christmas past, present and future – all on Christmas Eve, Scrooge’s outlook on life is transformed!
In a show packed with toe-tapping songs such as Thank You Very Much, December the 25th and I Like Life, Scrooge is taken on a journey through his life, revisiting past joys, meeting his childhood sweetheart and joining friends and family at their Christmas celebrations. He also has a stark warning of how he will end up if he continues his ways and the consequences of his miserly actions! This makes Scrooge realise that he must change until finally he discovers the true meaning of Christmas!

Folk with Fiddles Shindig! - Sunday 22nd March at 5:00pm

Come and see the final event in a spectacular collaboration between Lincolnshire Music Service, young string players from across the county, dance schools in Sleaford and Nottinghamshire, and a variety of professional folk musicians.
Experience the rich sonorities of a cello ensemble, the joyous dance of the Eastern European Jewish Klezmer tradition, and the colour and spectacular steps of Irish dancing, Riverdance style! The performance will feature the Folk with Fiddles String Orchestra, Lincolnshire Youth Cello Ensemble, Klezmer Musicians Ros Hawley (clarinet) John Bone (accordion) & Guy Schalom (dance) and dance groups from The O’Dwyer Academy of Irish Dancing, Go Dance Studios Sleaford, and children from Tower Road Academy Boston and St Thomas C E Primary School, Boston.
